PROCESS

The artist and client will discuss the main focus of the painting prior to the event (for example, the first dance between the bride and groom or a keynote speaker). The artists will also need a list of anyone of importance that should be included in the painting.

The artist will arrive at least an hour before the event to set up his easel and color palette. He will need an area that is roughly 5’ x 8’ facing the main focus of the painting.

The artist’s assistant will photograph the event as it unfolds to ensure that elements can be added in the studio.

The majority of the painting will be finished during the event in 2 – 4 hours.

The painting will then be brought back to the artist’s studio where it will be adjusted and the final details added.

A high resolution photo will be sent to the client for approval.

Once approved the painting will be shipped to the client.

*A 50% deposit will be due with contract. Balance due one week prior to the event. Date will be held for two weeks or first right of refusal until the contract and deposit is received, at which point date will be secured.

Not Included in Price: Shipping, sales tax, and out of town travel beyond 300 miles of Auburn, Alabama. Additional travel costs determined by location (see above).

50 professional 8” x 10” photographs of painting
